- Demolish existing overcrossing and replace with new six-lane overcrossing, including bike lanes on each side
- Modify on and off-ramps:

- Westbound I-10
- New, one-lane metered loop on-ramp from northbound Palm Drive
- Realigned, one-lane metered on-ramp from southbound Palm Drive
- Realigned, two-lane off-ramp
- Eastbound I-10
- New, one-lane metered loop on-ramp from southbound Palm Drive
- Realigned, one-lane metered on-ramp from northbound Palm Drive
- Realigned, two-lane off-ramp
- Realign Micro Place and Salvia Road
- Combined with widening of Gene Autry Trail Bridge over Union Pacific Railroad
